• If you subscribe to the King George County Alert (KGAlert) system a new entry has been established by The King George County Public Service Authority (PSA) for notification to county residents of water/sewer issues. The area breakdown is by PSA routes and Chatham Village has its own route so we have our own entry in the KG Alert. You must select become a group member to receive any notices about water/sewer issues.

• Chatham Village is now recycling! Our recycle day is Tuesday. Click here to see which items can be recycled.

• New ARC application and policy for Chatham Village HOA was approved at the May 20, 2010 Board Meeting. Homeowners must use and follow this for any future Architectural requests. Click Here

• Go to the Alerts page for current information about crimes or items of concern within our community.

• Do you want to have an item added to the agenda for an upcoming BOD meeting? Contact the property manager via e-mail and let her know.

• The BOD sent a formal letter, dated November 30, 2009, to the County refusing to accept the storm water management facility. No inspections were conducted during construction as is noted by the engineer and the community development office. According to Virginia guidelines this is the most critical component of the as built because if not built correctly, it could have detrimental financial impact on the community.

• It is always easy to sit on the sidelines and criticize what you do not understand. Many folks volunteer their time for the betterment of the community. Getting involved doesn’t simply mean giving of your time. It can be as simple as attending a meeting or contacting the property manager to answer your questions.
